Who we are and what this policy covers
Fensyx LLC is registered in California, United States. This policy explains our handling of information connected with the Fensyx corporate website, public online tools, enquiries and necessary Fensyx Account services. A product-specific notice, where provided, explains additional processing for that product.
Information involved
- Website requests: IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, request time and security-related records processed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
- Enquiries: your email address and the name, contact details, project information or correspondence you choose to send to us.
- Accounts, if used: the identifier and authentication information needed to register or sign in, and profile information you provide such as name, email, optional avatar, date of birth, country or region, language and verified contact methods. Related session and security records support account access and protection.
Why we use information
We use this information to display pages and operate requested features, remember preferences, authenticate accounts, respond to enquiries, support an agreed project, prevent fraud or abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use the website for advertising tracking, sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
The website can store your language choice locally in your browser. Necessary account cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in and verification flows. Where registration uses Cloudflare Turnstile, it processes information needed for human verification and security.
You can clear local preferences or manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in and language preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers, including when a browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare provides website delivery and security infrastructure and may process request information, including IP addresses. Services used to deliver requested authentication messages or handle correspondence may process the relevant contact information. We limit disclosures to what is needed for these purposes, applicable law or the protection of lawful rights.
For Cloudflare’s processing, see its Privacy Policy. Independent third-party websites linked from our pages have their own policies.
Retention and processing locations
We retain identifiable information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Relevant criteria include an active account, an ongoing enquiry or project, account-security needs and legal record-keeping obligations. When the purpose and required retention end, information should be deleted or de-identified. Browser preferences remain until you clear them or change them.
Depending on the infrastructure used, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Applicable requirements for the relevant processing and transfers still apply. Contact us if you need more detail about information relating to you.
Your privacy choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information relating to you. Depending on applicable law, California residents may also have rights to know, obtain a copy, opt out of sale or advertising sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses and receive equal treatment when exercising rights. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to hello@fensyx.com. Tell us what you are requesting and enough information to locate the relevant record. We may need proportionate identity verification or confirmation that an agent is authorized. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any limits that apply.

Security and children’s information
Necessary authentication and security controls help protect account information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect misuse. If you believe a child’s information was supplied without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.
Updates and contact
We publish changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will follow those requirements. Contact Fensyx LLC below for questions or privacy requests.
